AVA Courier & Logistics provides international delivery services to 180+ countries worldwide. By registering a shipment with us, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.
All shipments are assigned a unique AVA tracking ID (format: AVAxxxxxxxxxx) which must be retained for tracking and support purposes.
Shipping and transit fees vary by route, weight, package type, and transport method. Fees are quoted at the time of registration and may include:

Delivery times are estimates. Delays due to customs clearance, weather, or force majeure are beyond our direct control.
AVA Courier provides basic insurance coverage for all registered shipments. Our maximum liability for lost or damaged packages is limited to the declared value of the item up to $500 USD unless additional insurance is purchased at registration.
Claims must be filed within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Proof of value and packaging standards compliance may be required.
All registered packages receive real-time tracking. Status updates are posted by our operations team as the package moves through the delivery network. Each update includes:
AVA Courier accepts multiple payment methods including bank transfer, cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH, XRP), PayPal, and Cash App. All payments are manually verified by our team. Package release is subject to payment confirmation.
Unpaid packages may be placed on hold until payment is received. Outstanding fees are displayed transparently in the tracking information.
Sender and recipient information collected during registration is used solely for delivery purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties except as required for customs compliance.
Package images and details are accessible only via the unique AVA tracking ID and are not publicly searchable.
